Pipe Burst during remodel of building

A building that was being remodeled for a dog wash unfortunately experienced a pipe burst that caused a lot of water and damage to the inside. SERVPRO of Gurnee arrived and started the mitigation process. We removed the wet and damaged drywall and cleaned up any debris left. The after picture shows how much water damage there was when looking at how much drywall needed to be removed. Just a few inches of water can soak up into drywall and cause more damage than expected, even to a smaller space. 

This was a quick job and we were able to get everything cleaned up in a day so the owner could get back to the remodel.
